Mr. Pogue is co-chair of the renewable energy and clean power practice and chair of the sustainability and corporate clean power initiative. With over 17 years of experience in the energy sector, he focuses his practice on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets utilizing a variety of complex transaction structures, including tax equity.
