Patrick Bock, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP

Patrick Bock’s practice focuses on EU, German and US competition and antitrust law, including merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, litigation and sectoral regulation, and compliance.

Patrick has represented clients before the European Commission, the German Bundeskartellamt, the US Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice, as well as before various courts in the United States.

Patrick joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2013. He has been resident in the Washington DC, Brussels and Cologne offices of the Firm.

Patrick is a member of the Illinois, District of Columbia, and Cologne bars.

Kenneth Reinker, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP

Kenneth S Reinker’s practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law, including litigation, government investigations, and merger review.

Ken’s practice spans all industries, including extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare; high-technology industries; mass media; and financial institutions.

Ken has particular expertise in the application of economics to complex legal matters and in working with economic experts. After law school and prior to joining the firm, he worked as an antitrust economist on cutting-edge litigation as executive director of Legal Economics LLC.

In addition to appearing before US courts and regulators, he has had in-depth involvement with China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and other global regulators. Ken joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2017.

David R Little, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP

David Little’s practice focuses on EU and UK competition law, including merger control, anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, litigation and sectoral regulation.

David has represented clients before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (and its predecessors, the Office of Fair Trading and Competition Commission), as well as in litigation before the European Courts in Luxembourg and the UK High Court.

David has published and spoken on areas of European competition law including merger control, cartels and restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance and state aid.

David joined the Brussels office of the firm in 2006 as a stagiaire. From 2008 to 2009, he trained in the firm’s London and Paris offices before returning to the Brussels office in 2009 and 2010.

During 2015, David worked at the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
