Jason C Chipman, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP

Jason Chipman is a Counsel at WilmerHale and his practice focuses on cybersecurity and data breach issues, advising clients about the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), Defense Security Service issues, and export control investigations and guidance. He joined the firm in 2011 after serving as Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General at the US Department of Justice, and after having previously served as Counsel for National Security Law and Policy in the Department’s National Security Division.
